The Lowdown
Savannah's is a unique bar/club in the downtown Albany area. Pearl St is synonymous with clubs, trendy bars, and commercial appeal but Savannah's is a nice change and a welcome part of the Pearl St. family of venues.
We simply love a bar that proudly displays all forms of local music from rap to rock and everything in between and Savannah's certainly is front and center in comparison to a ton of other local bars not just on Pearl St, but throughout the downtown Albany area.
They have a great relationship with several radio stations and have a different vibe every night. So whatever your style is, Savannah's has a night to fit your mood!
NOTE: Savannah's will be undergoing a name change to The Dublin Underground in the upcoming months, we will update the page once we see the change.
The Service
Savannah's is not stranger to a large crowd and the staff is used to larger crowds surroundin the bar.
Although it does get a little packed, if you can handle a little wait for a drink, you can find some great beers on tap here. The proudly tout the draft selection.
The bar is rather large but this bar does get packed, particularly during live music events, so don't be surprised if you have a little bit of a wait during a busy night.
They do serve food and we have heard nothing but good things about the kitchen here. As always, your feedback is important to us! So let us know your thoughts!
The Scene
A good spot to check out especially if you love live music. The fact they have something going on almost every night makes this bar easy to recommend to others.
