The Lowdown
Bombers is the latest addition to the reviving scene of downtown Schenectady. One of the most popular places on Lark St in Albany, Bombers opened shop in early 2009.
Multiple levels all offering something a little different but all offering great food.
Bombers has a following for a reason. Great food, great specials, fun events, and an ideal place to spend your birthday!
The Service
Plenty of staff and far more spacious than the Bomber's in Albany. Very comfortable and a great view of the beautiful downtown Schenectady area.
Although this place gets packed they are heavily staffed both on the floor and in the kitchen.
With big crowds it is important to have security and they have plenty of that on hand. It's good to see some organization and an emphasis on providing the best environment for patrons. Kudos to Bombers!
The Scene
Great place to bring the family, friends, a date, business meeting, or to take a break from college classes (close to Union College).
More family orientated during the day, and more of a hangout at night. Not exactly a singles joint, but like the lotto motto "hey you never know".
Plenty of special events such as live music, karaoke, trivia, and old school Nintendo night.
